Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and making purchases on RZ Jewelry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this site.
Exchanges & Returns
We accept exchanges and returns within [7/15] days of delivery, for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return unless defective.
Products
All RZ Jewelry pieces are made of high-quality stainless steel and/or 18K gold-plated materials, as indicated on each product. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting and individual screen settings.

Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices and discontinue products without prior notice. Launch offers are valid while supplies last or for the stated promotional period.
Orders & Payment
We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. Shipping is free on orders over $50 USD; a flat shipping fee applies below that amount and will be shown before checkout is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Product Care
Gold plating is a durable but not permanent finish; its lifespan depends on how the piece is cared for (see our Jewelry Care Guide). We do not cover natural wear caused by improper use or exposure to chemicals.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (photographs, text, design, logo) is the property of RZ Jewelry and may not be reproduced without authorization.
